Ghee Peh

Ghee Peh was IEEFA's Energy Finance Analyst with a focus on the Asian coal industry and South East Asia. Ghee had worked on major mining IPOs in Hong Kong and Indonesia, including coal, copper, and gold companies, and has a deep interest in commodity markets.

Prior to IEEFA, Ghee had a 25-year career as a sell-side analyst with different investment banks, most recently with Jefferies, BNP Paribas, and UBS. Ghee had relationships and contacts among different stakeholders, including investors and companies in the commodity sector. He took a consensus-building and analytical approach to his research.

Ghee has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia. He also has two research degrees in accounting theory, a Bachelor of Business (Honours) and a Master of Commerce from Curtin University.

Ghee is an avid tennis and table tennis player.
