Jonathan Teubner is the Lead Analyst for Australian Coal Mining at IEEFA.
Prior to joining IEEFA Jonathan’s most recent role was Head of Economic and Regulatory Development at the Australian Rail Track Corporation where he lead regulatory and policy reform for rail with a key focus on the Hunter Valley Coal Network. Prior to ARTC, Jonathan worked in a variety roles at Origin Energy focused on commercial and strategic development of Australia’s energy markets before focusing on the renewable transition by working on geothermal development at Petratherm.
Jonathan has an Honours Degree in Economics, an MBA and Masters in Business Law from the University of Adelaide, as well as a Masters Degree in Public Policy Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
In his spare time, Jonathan enjoys walking and spending time with his family as well as watching Australian football and cricket.
