IEEFA Welcomes Kashish Shah
Kashish Shah has joined the Institute for Energy Economics and Financial Analysis team in Sydney, Australia. Shah, who has worked in the banking and public sectors in India, has a master’s degree in economics from the University of Sydney and an engineering degree from NMIMS University in Mumbai.
“We’re very pleased to have Kashish bring his strong analytic skills and knowledge of India’s economic and financial sectors to IEEFA’s work,” said Tim Buckley, IEEFA’s Director of Energy Finance Studies, Australasia.
Shah will focus on analyses of the rapidly-changing electricity sector in India, where decisions have profound impact on global energy and seaborne coal trade markets and where the deployment of solar energy is accelerating.
