Labanya Prakash Jena

Labanya is currently a consultant for sustainable finance at IEEFA.

Labanya previously worked as a sustainable finance consultant at UNDP where he was leading in the development of India's sustainable finance roadmap in association with the Ministry of Finance. Before this, he worked in the financial services sector for ten years in various capacities in the private sector.

He is an avid writer on climate and green finance. His writings have been published on several national and international platforms, including the Financial Express, Business Line, LSE, and World Economic Forum.

He holds a Master's in Economics from Utkal University and a CFA Charter holder from CFA Institute and is a Doctoral Scholar at XLRI, Jamshedpur.
