Charith Konda

Charith Konda is Lead Energy Specialist, India Mobility and New Energy, at IEEFA. He focuses on clean mobility, emerging clean energy technologies, and the overall energy transition challenges facing the economy.

He has around two decades of experience in public policy advisory, consulting, and business and policy research across global firms. His interests lie at the intersection of government and private enterprise in energy and environment, mobility, infrastructure, and technology.

Previously, he has worked with an Amsterdam-based technology platform for smart electric vehicle charging applications. He has also worked with the Government of Andhra Pradesh to draw investments into the state and was instrumental in establishing the India work programme of Climate Policy Initiative.

Charith holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts (ICFAI), India, and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Acharya Nagarjuna University.
