Shu Xuan Tan is a sustainable finance analyst for the Asia region at IEEFA. Before joining IEEFA, Shu was a senior rating analyst at Malaysia’s leading credit rating agency. She primarily covered the financial institution and non-bank financial institution sectors, with some exposure to corporate ratings.
Prior to this, Shu was a credit and collection analyst at Hewlett Packard Inc., where she managed various account receivable portfolios across multiple business segments.
Shu holds a Master of Science degree in Environment and Sustainable Development from the University of Glasgow, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Business degree in Finance and Economics from Taylor’s University, Malaysia.
