Tom Sanzillo

Tom Sanzillo is Director of Financial Analysis for IEEFA. He has produced influential studies on the oil, gas, petrochemical and coal sectors in the U.S. and internationally, including company and credit analyses, facility development, oil and gas reserves, stock and commodity market analysis, and public and private financial structures. He also examines such areas as community and shareholder activism, institutional investment, public subsidies and Puerto Rico’s energy economics.

Xuejing Chen

Xuejing Chen serves as Pacific Environment’s Technical Specialist, China Program. Her work focuses on plastic reduction and its climate effects in China, and on coordinating a joint petrochemical strategy to support China’s industrial decarbonization.

Prior to joining Pacific Environment, Chen worked for international organizations including the Ellen MacArthur Foundation and Basel Convention Regional Center for Asia and the Pacific and in academia, focusing on climate and the development of circular economies.

Judith Enck

Judith Enck is the Founder and President of Beyond Plastics and a Visiting Professor at Bennington College.

She was appointed by President Barack Obama to serve as a Regional Administrator at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency after serving as Deputy Secretary for the Environment in the New York Governor’s Office. Enck has also worked as the Executive Director of Environmental Advocates of New York and on the staff of the New York Public Interest Research Group, NYPIRG.
