Zifei Yang is the Passenger Vehicles Program Lead at the International Council on Clean Transportation.
Her work is aimed at reducing air pollution and greenhouse gas emissions from passenger vehicles on a global scale. Yang’s research focuses on assessing the potential fuel consumption and emissions reductions from light-duty vehicle technologies and identifying global best practices for fuel efficiency standards, fiscal policies, labeling programs, electrification, and compliance and enforcement.
Yang has a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management from American University and a B.A. in Public Administration from Xiamen University.
