P. Vinay Kumar is a renewable energy veteran with a track record of having built and managed ~3000 MW of solar and wind plants in India. As COO of Vibrant Energy, Pabba heads project delivery and development for Macquarie’s renewable energy platform focused on sustainability solutions for India’s commercial and industrial sector.
As a former CEO & MD of Brookfield Asset Management, Pabba was instrumental in launching Brookfield within India’s renewables sector. Previously, he worked at Greenko Group where he built 3GW of solar and wind plants. Pabba served on the Board of KKR-backed Virescent India and executed large-format transmission and distribution projects in both India and Africa. He has a bachelor’s degree from IIT Madras and a post-graduate diploma in management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
