Tim Finnigan
IEEFA guest contributor Tim Finnigan is an independent consultant with 20 years of experience in the renewable energy sector as an engineer, academic, entrepreneur, business executive and company director.
He is an engineering physicist, with a PhD in environmental fluid mechanics, and is a member of Engineers Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Tim was founder and CEO of BioPower Systems, a globally significant marine energy technology company, and has held senior leadership roles in both the private and public sectors, most recently as Director of Energy at the CSIRO.
