Phyllis Boulton is Payroll and AP/AR Administrator. She is a member of IEEFA’s finance team focusing on the complexities of multi-state payroll and accounts payable and receivable for IEEFA’s international funders and vendors. She ensures timely processing and accurate recordkeeping while prioritizing compliance to laws and standards.
With over 20 years’ experience as an accounting professional, she has fulfilled a variety of roles for small businesses and the non-profit sector. Areas of expertise include payroll, taxes, AR/AP oversight and restricted fund management. Phyllis is an active problem solver who is adept at developing and maintaining efficient processes.
Phyllis holds an Associates of Applied Business – Accounting and Bookkeeper I and II Certifications from Lorain County Community College.
In her personal life, Phyllis enjoys year-round gardening and spending time with her family.
