Paul Jacobson is President of Jacobson Solutions LLC. He has worked for more than 20 years in engineering, developing, and financing major capital programs in energy, infrastructure, and other industrial projects.
His experience includes a range of roles in this field, including CEO of carbon dioxide sequestration development company TERRACOH, advisor to institutional infrastructure investors and developers of greenfield infrastructure projects while at McKinsey & Company, project finance lead for solar (photovoltaic) developments at the Green Enesys Group, and leadership of engineering teams responsible for commercialization of novel petrochemical technologies at Sasol Ltd.
His qualifications include: MBA from the European School of Management and Technology (Germany), Master of Science (Chemical Engineering) from University of KwaZulu-Natal (South Africa), and Bachelor of Science (Chemical Engineering) from University of Cape Town (South Africa).
