Karishma Joseph is a communications professional with 10 years of experience shaping narratives that drive climate action and social impact. At IEEFA, Karishma leads communications across South Asia, helping to amplify IEEFA’s voice and build strong, influential engagement with key audiences in the region.
Prior to joining IEEFA, Karishma led communications for CLASP’s Asia programs, where she managed external engagements for energy efficiency and clean energy access programs across Bangladesh, China, India, Indonesia, and Pakistan. She also led the COP29 delegation and helped publish a study on the dumping of climate harming room air conditioners in Southeast Asia.
Karishma holds a BA with dual honors in Law and International Relations from the University of Exeter, UK.
Outside of work, she enjoys curating Spotify playlists, hosting board game nights, and discovering hidden cafès around New Delhi.
