Ayesha is IEEFA’s Editor and Copywriter, Asia. She assists the IEEFA Asia research and communications team in driving impact and speeding up the global energy transition towards a zero emissions future.
Ayesha is a communications professional with over 18 years of experience in creating compelling narratives and refining written content for diverse audiences. She has worked with a range of organizations including development agencies, government bodies, multinational corporations, and start-ups across industries such as healthcare, public infrastructure, and education.
Ayesha holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree with a specialization in Computer Science from the Lahore University of Management Sciences, and a Master of Arts in Mass Communications from the University of Leicester.
She has also authored five children's books titled "Lost and Found"; "The Mealtime Battle," "School Rules," "Going Greener and Cleaner," and "Brushing Teeth," published by Oxford University Press Pakistan as a book series called "Life Lessons."
She enjoys travelling, long walks, and watching movies and TV shows. She is also an avid reader whose all-time favorite author is Terry Pratchett.
