His work centers on making HR accessible and responsive, helping colleagues navigate workplace questions andensuring they have clear guidance and dependable support.
His experience across nonprofit and international development organizations spans global recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, employment compliance, and learning and development. He is also interested in how workforce data and emerging technologies can inform decisions and improve the experience of working in distributed teams.
Francis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Bioengineering.
