Alice Tobias is a Digital Content Specialist at IEEFA, where she works on building a digital ecosystem that connects IEEFA’s research with its wider digital audience. Her work spans communications, growth and revenue strategy, with a focus on making complex ideas accessible and creating meaningful audience experiences.
Previously, Alice worked with Upstairs, a cultural startup building a sustainable financial ecosystem for contemporary classical arts in India. At the Social Policy Research Foundation, she helped make policy conversations more accessible through dialogical networks. Before that, she spent a year and a half advocating for youth electoral rights in India, contributing to national voting rights campaigns with The Body Shop, Meta India and youth-led networks. Her work has been recognised by The Economic Times in print and on podcast, and featured in Sudhanshu Kaushik’s "The Future Is Ours: The Political Promise of India’s Youth."
Alice holds a B.A. (Honours) in Philosophy from Hansraj College, University of Delhi. Outside work, she enjoys cooking, hosting potlucks, exploring music across genres and spending time with dogs. She is arguably also great at foosball.
