Rosalind Washington is the HR Generalist - Training and Development at IEEFA.
Rosalind leads employee training and development for the organization and supports employee relations. Rosalind has over 20 years of professional management experience, with 14 being in libraries, with expertise in talent development, management training, culture-employee experience, and experience in HR leadership.
Rosalind has her Masters in Library and Information Science from UNC Greensboro and a Bachelors in Public Administration with concentration in Non- profit Management from the University of Wisconsin Green Bay.
Rosalind resides in Charlotte, North Carolina. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, roller skating, and advocating for equitable library services and initiatives.
