Experts: Renewable capacity, infrastructure to benefit from transition

New Delhi: The transition currently underway in the energy sector is likely to lead to a significant growth of the renewable energy generation capacity along with associated infrastructure related to storage and grid evacuation.

This was the unanimous view of the industry experts who shared their views on the ETEnergyworld Energy Transition Summit.

The panel was moderated by Vibhuti Garg, Senior Energy Economist, IEEFA. It covered the topics – Renewable Energy: Future of Power Generation; Energy Storage and AT&C Losses; Impact of Covid-19 Pandemic on Financial Health of Discoms; and the Status of 24X7 Power Supply for All.
